Returns & Exchanges

Return any item, we will accept returns of unworn, unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receiving their order. Remember, the tags must still be on the item for it to be eligible for return.

For Domestic Orders: Returns are free for all domestic orders. Email us at orders@functionmen.com and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can send your item back for a full refund.  

For Canada Orders: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to FUNCTION and may use their carrier of choice to return the package. Please email us at orders@functionmen.com before initiating a return for complete instructions. All Canada returns will be refunded for the original price paid, less the cost of shipping.

We support anything to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase on FUNCTION!  

Refund: 

Refunds can only be made in the form of the original payment method. That just means that if you paid with a store credit (like a Living Social coupon), we refund you a store credit or if you paid with credit card, we refund via credit card. When the return is received and accepted, we automatically send the refund directly back onto your credit card. Your total refund will be for the item less any shipping you originally paid. That generally takes 2 business days from receipt of the package.  

We do not accept returns of items that have been worn or damaged.
